Any reference in these conditions to a statute or a provision of a statute shall be construed as a reference to that statute or provision as amended, re-enacted or extended at the relevant time.
The headings in these conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation.
3. Use of the Site
The use of the Site is strictly subject to the following terms:
- The Content of the Site is for your general information only. G-drive reserve the right to vary or modify the Content of the Site at any time and without any prior notice.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Site for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude all liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Your use of any information or materials on the Site is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Site meet your specific requirements.
- The Site contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is strictly prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.

The information is provided by "G-drive" and whilst we endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Site or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
5. Additional Terms and Conditions
- Pupils should be aware that G-Drive Instructors are self-employed franchisees of the company. G-Drive is not liable for any payments made by the pupil directly to the Instructor, as these monies are not paid to G-Drive.
- Pupils must be aged 17 years or older to be able to take driving lessons in accordance with UK law.
- Pupils must certify that they hold a valid driving licence to take driving lessons. Pupils must inform their Instructor immediately if they receive any endorsements on their driving licence during the period they are receiving tuition.
- Pupils must provide their Instructors with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel a driving lesson. Should the Pupil fail to give the Instructor adequate notice, then the Pupil is liable to pay the full driving lesson fee.
- Pupils should make payment for each lesson to their instructor prior to the driving lesson(s) taking place.
- G-Drive and its Instructors reserve the right to change the hourly lesson rate at any time for new driving lesson bookings. Instructors should ensure that they provide reasonable prior notification to Pupils.
- Pupils and their Instructors must pre-agree the duration of any driving lesson(s). If for any reason outside the Instructor’s control it is not possible to deliver the full duration of a driving lesson, any remaining time will be added to a later driving lesson.
- Instructors reserve the right to rearrange lessons at short notice in the event of mechanical breakdown or other difficulty outside their control.
- Pupils must pass the DVSA eyesight check before starting their driving lessons. Instructors are required to cancel driving lessons should Pupils fail this assessment.
- Instructors are at liberty to refuse to proceed with a driving lesson if he or she has reason to believe that a Pupil is in any way under the influence of drink or drugs.
- Instructors will endeavour to teach their Pupils the correct driving skills according to the recommended syllabus issued by the DVSA within the minimum number of driving lessons required.
- Pupils should be aware that their Instructor’s main objective is to teach road safety and in doing so, they may be required to take control of the vehicle.
- Instructors will make every effort to instruct Pupils to the highest standard but can in no way be held liable for any errors that Pupils may make whilst driving unaccompanied by their Instructor, either before or after passing their driving test.
- Driving tests may only be arranged with the prior agreement of both the Instructor and the Pupil.
- G-Drive and its Instructors reserve the full right to withhold the use of their tuition vehicle for a driving test.
- If the Pupil consents, the Instructor may take photographs of the Pupil after their driving test for use on the G-Drive website and associated social media platforms.
